Description
Tested and runs great in DC. No lights. Custom decals and paint. There is a DCC decoder installed, but we couldn't get it to respond, so it may be bad. Brand is unknown. Shell is in nice cosmetic condition. Only missing 1 detail from the roof. Couplers are included to be installed. The trucks and bottom are weathered. One truck detail part is included. Some paint wear/scratches/scuffs. Might require some light cleaning.
