Our Combined Shipping Refund Policy

At Trains in the Valley, we understand that sometimes you may place multiple orders before we ship. While most businesses do not refund or combine shipping, we do things differently because we value our customers.

• If you place multiple orders, we will do our best to combine them when possible.
  Any excess shipping costs from combined orders will be credited back to you.
  
• Previously, we issued refunds directly to your payment method, but moving forward, we will now send a store credit via email instead.
