Description
The previous owner installed a Digitrax DH123 decoder, but we weren't able to get the locomotive to run. Please be aware that the decoder may need to be replaced, or futher work may be required. The shell is in nice cosmetic condition. There is glue residue visible. Some paint wear/scratches/scuffs. Might require some light cleaning.
