This is in great condition. There are many figures around the outside of the building that are very very delicate. Please be aware that when buying this, there is a chance they will come off during transit. We do our best to wrap everything very securly. Lighting not tested. Some paint wear/scratches/scuffs. Might require some light cleaning.
