Description
In nice cosmetic condition. There is glue residue visible in a few spots. The horns are a little loose, but not falling out loose. The white strip has a sun fad to it. Missing 1 step and another step is included to be repaired. Shell is a little loose. Upon testing, it gets power but it is hesitating. Needs work to run properly. Some paint wear/scratches/scuffs. Might require some light cleaning.
