Description

This is for a lot of 9 hoppers. They all are missing trucks/couplers. Some of them have been painted over the road so these were obviously being worked on by the previous owner. A few steps are missing. Would be a good project for someone for weathering or graphitti. May have minor scratches/scuffs. Might require some light cleaning.
