3 Rail. Tested and runs great! Came from a collection that was well taken care of. This unit sat on a roundhouse and only ran a handful of times. This unit is in excellent condition! Minor scuff marks. The one window roof has a visible scuff mark. The horn is a little bent. May have minor scratches/scuffs. Will require some cleaning.
