3 Rail. Tested and runs great! Came from a collection that was well taken care of. This unit sat on a roundhouse and only ran a handful of times. The horn is slightly bent. Some of the walking platforms are loose and will need to be reglued down. Minor scuff marks. May have minor scratches/scuffs. Will require some cleaning.
