3 Rail. Tested and runs great! Came from a collection that was well taken care of. This unit sat on a roundhouse and only ran a handful of times. The one window roof has scuff marks (see photo), there are a few black scuff marks on some of the orange areas. May have minor scratches/scuffs. Will require some cleaning.
