This is not HO but it is very close. This is in general nice condition. This has an on/off switch and a place to put batteries. I did not test this so I do not know if this works. Requires 2 AA batteries. Minor corrosion at the battery area. Some paint wear/scratches/scuffs. Will require some cleaning.
