Appears to be complete, but please inspect the photos for yourself to see what is included. Please beware that more than likely the rubber bands included are probably no good anymore. The parts pack is sealed so I am not sure but it is more than likely the case. Some paint wear/scratches/scuffs. Might require some light cleaning.
